اگر احتمال دارد وقتی دور از وسیله‌ی نقلیه هستید شخص دیگری از آن استفاده کند، باید برگه‌ی تاکوگراف را همراه خود ببرید. وقفه‌ی رانندگی‌تان باید پشت برگه وارد شود.
