خودرو را تا حد امکان در سمت چپ پارک کنید و از در سمت نزدیک به شانه خاکی از خودرو خارج شوید. حتی تعمیرات ساده را انجام ندهید. به جای آن، به سمت تلفن اضطراری در همان طرف جاده بروید و درخواست کمک کنید. هنگام انتظار برای رسیدن کمک، کنار خودرو بمانید و فاصله ایمن از مسیر اصلی و شانه خاکی حفظ کنید.
Park as far to the left as you can and leave the vehicle by the nearside door. Do not attempt even simple repairs. Instead, walk to an emergency telephone on your side of the road and phone for help. While waiting for help to arrive, stay by your car, keeping well away from the carriageway and hard shoulder.
